GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All sales of goods and services are governed by these Terms and Conditions, which supersede any verbal communications and any other contradictory policy appearing on this website elsewhere.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or transaction between CTS USA and customer shall be governed by the laws of the State of California regardless of conflicts of law rules. CTS USA and Customer consent to resolve any dispute under the exclusive jurisdiction and the venue of the State Courts of the State of California, Los Angeles County. The customer agrees not to bring any legal actions, including contract, equity, and tort, against CTS USA that is more than one year after the date of purchase.

Pricing and Payment

We reserve the right to adjust specifications and prices without notice. We are not responsible for errors in pricing or other errors appearing on our site. We reserve the right to correct errors appearing on this site.

Buyer is responsible for all applicable federal, state (California), local taxes or duties. Total amount due will include shipping and handling charges. Buyer agrees to pay amount due on the invoice. On all past-due accounts, the buyer agrees to pay interest at the maximum allowable rate under applicable law and for collection costs, including attorney’s fees, court and any other costs involved in the collection of past due accounts. CTS USA retains a purchase money security interest in the goods, including all accessions to and replacements of the goods, until the Buyer has made the payment in full. The Buyer agrees to fully cooperate with CTS USA in all procedures (such as completing a Uniform Commercial Code financing statement and accomplishing such filing or recordings) CTS USA deems necessary to protect its purchase money security interest.

Orders are not binding until it is accepted by CTS USA; payments must be received before an order will be accepted. We reserve the right to defer shipments or cancel unshipped orders if the buyer fails to make payments in accordance with our Terms. CTS USA reserves the right to review all orders; regardless of any confirmation receipt sent to the customer, we may accept or decline any order for any reason.

CTS USA accepts the following payment methods: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Credit card payment statement will show up as: "California Thread & Supply." Paypal payment will show up as "CTSUSA Sales." We will only ship to verified and confirmed address for PayPal payments. Cash payments and International Credit Cards are NOT accepted.

Limitation of Liability

CTS USA MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF PRODUCTS SOLD. IN NO EVENT SHALL CTS USA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION.

CTS USA DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Images are shown for representational purposes only. In the event that actual images of a product are unavailable, CTS USA reserves the right to substitute a similar image for the one described in the product information.

We make no warranties as to colorfastness, shrinkage or washability. No allowance made after goods are cut. Such claims shall be deemed waived by buyer. All goods are sold "AS IS" we are not liable for any defects in, or damage resulting from the use of these goods. It is the sole responsibility of the user to assure oneself by preliminary test that the product is suitable for the end use intended.

Titles to goods being purchased are retained by CTS USA until goods are paid for by the purchaser. Goods will be shipped F.O.B. shipping point, meaning title and risk of loss passes to purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. CTS USA will provide estimated shopping dates but we will, under no circumstances, be responsible for delays or damages associated with delivery due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of a higher being or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, civil disobedience, natural disasters, fires, freight embargoes, lockouts and strikes.

Trademarks

All product names and company logos mentioned remain the trademarks of their respective owners. All product names throughout this site are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective holders.

Security

All transactions on this website are secured and encrypted with 128-bit SSL technology.

Privacy

We will not sell or release your information to any third parties. Information requested on our website will only be used for processing purposes.

POLICIES AND AGREEMENT

Price, specification, and terms are subject to change without notice. CTS USA is not responsible for typographical errors. We reserve the right to refuse to sell a product to a customer at a price that is wrongly priced on our site. CTS USA does not offer technical support or warranty. Products sold come with original manufacture warranty. CTS USA reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

Online Orders

All orders must be reviewed and accepted. Orders will be processed within one to three business days once payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be held pending until the next business day. Some orders may be delayed if items are not in stock.

Changes to your order can only be made if your order has not already been charged. Please call during our business hours to request a change to your order or email us at: sales@CTSUSA.com.

Cancellations can only be made on orders that have NOT been shipped. CTS USA will not accept any cancellation requests once the order has been shipped. All special orders are prepaid. We would have to charge your credit card when placing a special order, so there are no cancellations and returns with special orders. Please call during our business hours to cancel an order that has not been shipped or email us at: sales@CTSUSA.com.

Back Orders

Unavailable items will be placed on back order while the remainder of your order will be shipped. You will be notified if any item is on backorder. Back ordered items are usually filled within 3-10 Business days.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is required for orders shipped within the state of California without a resale license or contractual license. All orders shipped within the State of California will be charged 9.75% sales tax.

UPS Next Day Air
Your shipping status will be available for you at our website. We reserve the right to ship with another shipping carrier on products with "Free Shipping" or backorder items. Customers have the sole responsiblity of typing their shipping address correctly, an incorrect inputs will result in additional cost to reship to correct address. Sorry we do not ship to P.O Box or APO. Alaska and Hawaii are subject to standard shipping charges and will not receive "Products with Free Shipping." Hawaii and Alaska can not choose "UPS Ground Shipping," or "UPS 3 Day Select," so please select either "UPS 2nd Day Air," "UPS Next Day Air," or Alaskan and Hawaiian customers can also arrange for their own shipping. We are not responsible for any shipping delays that the shipping company occurs.

Returns

CTS USA offers a 14 day return policy (from the original invoice date) on selected items. All parts, shears, scissors, and needles are not returnable/exchangable.

To return a product, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done via email at return@CTSUSA.com. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA. To authorize your return, we will need: 1) invoice number 2) customer name 3) item serial number (if available) 4) nature of problem. The returned package must be received within 10 business days of the RMA issue date. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. IN ORDER FOR YOUR RETURN PACKAGE TO BE ACCEPTED, THE RMA# MUST BE PROMINENTLY DISPLAYED ON THE PACKAGE’S SHIPPING LABEL.

All product returns must be in the original packaging and include all accessories, UPC codes, blank warranty cards, user manuals, and any other documentation that was provided by the manufacturer. If the returned package is incomplete, CTS USA reserves the right to reject the entire return or impose additional charges to replace the missing components.

All products returned used will be assessed a fee for the usage.

A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns/exchange. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned/exchanged items. Products with free shipping included, will get charged for the shipping cost. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to CTS USA on returned items. Refunds will be issued back to the original source of purchase. CTS USA does not issue store credit.

Manufactures Warranty, Service, and Support

CTS USA does not offer tech support. All requests for service must be handled directly with the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions.
